MISSION STATEMENT:
To provide strong leadership, coordination and management for the affairs of the City of South Bay and to give the people we serve the best value in local government services through a partnership of Citizens and Employees.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
o Provides centralized direction and leaders for the effective administration and operation of all municipal services for the City of South Bay as directed by the City Commission and serves as the focal point for administrative; and
o Utilization of City resources; and
o Submits to the City Commission a balanced budget plan of municipal; services in adherence with City policy, goals and objectives established by the City Commission.
