The City of South Bay will hold a special meeting on February 11, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. to appoint a City Mayor, Vice-Mayor, re-appoint City Attorney, appoint an Interim City Manager, Approval of City Minutes, approval of equipment for sheriff's department, banking resolution, payment of fees for professional services by GAI Consultant, Inc, payment to Gray Robinson law firm for Services, approval of Contract for repair of the Chamber of Commerce and approval/discussion of GUA Interlocal Agreement.
